Peter Jackson – Sales Manager

Peter has always had a passion for property and customer service, with his father being an estate agent on the Fylde Coast. Peter achieved a 2:1 BSc Hons degree in Building Surveying in 2008 at Northumbria University. His professional career has been based in sales and a customer focused environment; before joining Mi Home in 2011, Peter worked for a National Estate Agent and has acquired extremely high levels of customer service and an in depth knowledge of the property market. Peter enjoys spending time with his family and young daughter and when he finds time enjoys playing rugby and football.

Lisa Mower - Senior Property Consultant

Lisa has over 9 years experience working within the estate agency industry, gaining a wealth of knowledge in sales and lettings. Lisa prides herself on working with a dedicated and friendly team and offering a great customer service at all times and has an extensive insight to all local areas.

Daniel Sergeant - Property Consultant

Daniel has strong family links to Kirkham, giving him knowledge of the local area. Daniel had gained 5 years customer service and sales experience, prior to joining our team in 2015, having previously worked in retail. Daniel also has his BA Hons degree in English language, literature and writing, which he studied for at the Blackpool and the Fylde University campus. Daniel has a passion for learning and is continually working to develop his knowledge of the property market, in order to deliver consistently excellent service to our clients as part of the dedicated team at Mi home.

Amy Hyde – Lettings Manager

Amy has worked in estate agency for over 10 years. Having gained experience with a National Estate Agent, Amy is Mi Home’s longest serving team member. Amy runs our lettings department, having gained her NFoPP Level 3 qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management. Amy prides herself on her levels of customer service and is happy to go the extra mile to meet customer’s needs. Outside of work Amy enjoys spending time with her family and two young children.

Andrea Griffith - Mortgage Adviser

Andrea has been a Mortgage Adviser in the Preston area for over 20 years, having previously worked for a large national estate agency. Her vast experience, personable approach and CeMAP qualifications place her in a perfect position to provide excellent, impartial advice to homeowners, investors and first time buyers. Andrea enjoys holidaying and travelling with her family as well as walks in the country with her two dogs.

Joanne Sharp - Mortgage Adviser

Joanne has a successful background in financial services having worked for many years on the Fylde Coast and previously employed by a large national estate agency for over 20 years. Having achieved the Certificate in Financial Planning and Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice she is able to help and advise her customers whether they are looking to buy their first home, move house, remortgage or buy a property to let out. Joanne is passionate about advising people on the right mortgage to fit their individual circumstances and needs, therefore enabling them to buy their dream home.

Cara Glendinning – Mortgage Adviser

Cara has grown up in the local area and worked in estate agency for 4 years. Having completed her CeMap qualifications, Cara is now a Mortgage Adviser and uses her knowledge of both the property and mortgage industry to provide tailored advice to her customers. Cara thrives on providing a personal and professional service, ensuring each clients individual needs and requirements are met within the required timescales. In her spare time, Cara enjoys spending time at the stables with her horse.

Beverley Dent - Mortgage Administrator

Bev is the newest member of the Mi Home team, having joined the company in Summer 2016. Bev comes from a design and print background after having originally qualified as a designer over 20 years ago. Throughout this time she has acquired a wide variety of customer service and account management experience. Bev has always had a keen interest in local property and is currently undertaking her second major property renovation project, enjoying being hands-on and even owns her own cement mixer.
